Continuous Quality Improvement

Quality Improvement (QI) is a term used in healthcare organisations for approaches to making changes to the work being done to improve timeliness, safety, efficiency, effectiveness, equity or service user focus.

Our QI approaches are structured with systematic ways of thinking and behaving that supports the delivery of improvements and innovations –small or large. We have expertise in various frameworks and models for Quality Improvement that we adopt to suit the specific need of our clients.

We use Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to support an ongoing effort to improve everyday work, processes and services over time to achieve the best outcomes through effective use of resources.
Our CQI approach embeds the concept of quality improvement (QI) and innovative practices through team work.
